We are registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), and try to help people with further training.

In doing so we operate a young person's apprenticeship scheme.

Welcome to Eurobuild & Property Maintenance Ltd, we started the business in Essex in 2007, but had previously been located in Lincolnshire since 1997, and before that Graham worked as a bricklayer.

The company is run by husband and wife team, Graham and Karen, Graham holds a CSCS Project Managers Card, and CSCS bricklayers Card NVQ Level 3, and all the staff and workforce hold the correct qualifications and trade cards associated with site works and legal requirements.

We can offer a complete service from a free quotation, digging out of the foundations to putting the roof on, we are happy to work with other trades if you have specific electricians or plumbers that you would like to use, and we really don't turn our noses up at "jobs to small".
